Every entity and relationship anchored to an OWL 2 IRI in a domain ontology. Independently verifiable.

Provenance-linked
Every claim traces back to its source document and the expert who validated it. PROV-O semantics throughout.

Boundary-explicit
Where the reasoning breaks down is stated as formally as where it applies. Severity-typed scope limits.

Expert-validated
Domain expert sign-off is a precondition for the validated lifecycle state. Not statistically extracted.

Each card tracks the evolution of validated knowledge over time. Supersession with full audit trail.
